JMD is targeting to add a lot of diversity to the training programs on offer. Programs are custom designed to meet our client requirements, and our delivery methodology is a much-refined and standardized process. Currently, with a wide network of specialist trainers, the programs on offer from various verticals are as below:
In-House:
Training gives exposure and sets a platform for development. Reinforcement ingrains the skills earned during training. To serve both purposes, we conduct training programs on a daily basis at JMD premises. With trainers groomed in-house available for a longer duration, training offered at JMD premises proved to be very effective. Ours being a socially responsible organization, we draw practical management lessons to share with our participants, therefore letting the participants gain an insight into how the corporate functions. The consulting wing at JMD keeps adding more and more value creating different training modules, leveraging the infrastructure at JMD, through which an environment conducive for learning is created.
