Squadron Leader Jayasimha has 21 years of rich experience in training and development in the Indian Air Force. Being India’s leading authority on Memory, he is the first and only Indian with Octuple Guinness Records.

On 28 Dec 2005, entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for the first time by  remembering 200 random objects, doubling the then existing record. Entered into Guinness World Records for the second time for lecturing non stop for 120 hours on personality development concepts from 23 to 28 March 2007. The third Guinness World Record is for Photo Flash Memory for recollecting 20 names and dates of birth in two minutes.

Squadron Leader Jayasimha  is the graduate of prestigious Defence Services Staff College , Wellington . He is the proud recipient of the President's Plaque and also the Chief of the Air Staff Commendation for his self less service and exceptional training skills. He rose from the lowest rank in the Indian Air Force to become a Commissioned Officer due to his hard work and determination. His passion for training and transforming lives of people enabled him to take off from his illustrious career in Indian Air Force to become a successful trainer.

He is also the founder president of Vision Toastmasters in Hyderabad, a World famous Public Speaking Forum based out of USA.

He is the Chairman of National Memory Council of India, committed to develop Mental health all over the country. One of the recent accomplishment is the conduct of the First Indian National Memory Championship – 2009 in Hyderabad – the biggest ever in the world till date with more than 1500 participants.

Using his unique “Three Dimensional Memory System”, he has trained more than 1,87,000 students/ teachers/professionals and house wives on memory and soft skills in India and abroad.

He has been featured in “Fear Factor Extreme – Khatron ki Kiladi” (Reality TV Show on AXN and Colours channel) at South Africa with actors Akshay Kumar and Puja Bedi and reached the semi-finals.

He is a specialist in outbound/ team building programs – the showcasing of which was seen on the TV reality show, “Champion of Champions” on NTV and Vanita Channel.

 Presently the Managing Director of Jayasimha Mind Dynamics, Hyderabad, which is
India’s Premier Training Outfit conducting soft skills  programs /motivational seminars/ Memory training / outbound activities in India and abroad.

He is the recipient of the prestigious President's Plaque, and is also conferred the titles, "Dale Carnegie of India" and "Memory Maestro". He is also the only personality coach to publish seven books on soft skills in one year. He has an experience of more than 27 years, of which he was associated with Indian Air Force for a long time, before moving as the Head HR for Mind Tree Consulting, and then as a Corporate Trainer for Accord Consulting.

His social consciousness, sense of purpose to enrich the social system, and his indomitable-will made him establish an organization, which is today JMD.
