JMD is targeting to add a lot of diversity to the training programs on offer. Programs are custom designed to meet our client requirements, and our delivery methodology is a much-refined and standardized process. Currently, with a wide network of specialist trainers, the programs on offer from various verticals are as below:

Philosophy:

Training is more an art, than a skill. Facilitation in that regard is a more studied science. Teaching is another different activity. To be able to see these three seemingly similar, yet practically disparate dimensions, can differentiate the greatest from the jack-of-alls. At JMD, Training, our core business, is treated with respect and all our trainers continuously strive to master the art. Bringing their unique styles on-board, each trainer adds immense value to the network, making the network more healthy and competent.

Business is a different challenge to training. JMD, we being a private limited organization - run the business, understand the day-to-day challenges faced in the business in a generic spectrum - thereby developing training modules that are close to reality and much needed by the 21 st Century professionals.
